casting, metal injection molding for automotive
accessory, consumer electronics and home appliances.

with Mastercam CAM software and SolidWorks CAD
software. With our powerful 3-D computer system we
are able to read and create 3-dimensional surfaces.
From these surfaces we are able to generate full 3
axis cutter paths which are sent via a direct link
to our machining center. Therefore, the mould
could be made exactly, shorten production lead time,
and improve the mould quality. Our mould facility is
equipped with the updated tool-making equipment,
such as, high speed CNC, EDM, Wire-EDM, Grinders,
Lathes, Moulding machines and so on.
