to the Quality Management System, We have obtained
ISO 9001:2001 to ensure our production procedures
tally with the international standard. In
addition,inspection centers and strict procedures
are the indispensable support for our quality
inspection. High precision inspection equipment a nd
professional inspectors make sure of the product
quality. Every worker in our factory abides by the
following quality control procedures:
Quality Department is composed of IQC, PQC, QA, OQC
as well as professional measurement engineers who
check the dimensions of all parts, and make a spot
check so that we can achieve the quality control in
all respects to meet the requirements of different
customers.
All the materials will be checked by IQC before use
in order to make sure the production proceeds
accurately.
The appearance of products during the production
will be monitored at any time within 24 hours.
All products will pass be passed QA inspection
before being put into the warehouse for shipment.
Products will be delivered after passing by OQC.
We feel sure that high quality products will greatly
make our customers satisfied through quality
management in all respects.
